Northern House, which located inside the York city walls, is a seven-storey upgrade of an existing development. Our contract was to completely remove all finishes i.e. windows, lifts, floor coverings, internal walls etc. and replace with new. The work includes a £1,500,000 order for mechanical & electrical works.
