Upgrade of listed building to develop 10No prestigious flats above existing retail site, located opposite the Harvey Nicholls Store in the main centre of Leeds. An extremely difficult site to develop due to the city centre location however this has been handed over to the developer OAKGATE GROUP with the minimum of disruption to our pre-scheduled works program.
